Services Offered

All children who may benefit from a social skills group are welcome to participate in these empowering Series. Our small group sessions empower children to interact with a group of appropriately matched peers, facilitated by Dr. Nach and his team of PhD and Master's level Autism Endorsed and State Certified Special Education teachers. Sessions build upon one another; therefore, each Series is unique to itself, and should be attended in it’s entirety. Each session includes a lesson targeting identified skills, cooperative play time, and discussions organized to practice and enhance targeted skills. Fun social skills games, activities and projects are utilized to reinforce positive, appropriate behaviors that can be generalized to other settings. Parent briefing follows each session and parents are provided with "Weekly Topic Updates" on the targeted skill to increase opportunities for generalization of desired skills. Each session will have a minimum of four certified and trained facilitators. The Support for the Autism Spectrum Group Inc. does offer personalized individual and family, in-home, training and consultation services.
